Cloud, DevOps and Data

Infrastructure that scales quietly and a data layer you can trust.

Algoramming builds cloud infrastructure, DevOps pipelines, and data platforms from Dhaka, Bangladesh for clients across the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the US, the UK, and Australia. We deliver infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, safe cloud migration, and analytics on AWS, GCP, or Cloudflare, and every account and configuration stays in your name.

We build the foundation your product runs on: cloud infrastructure as code, CI/CD that ships often and safely, migrations that do not move your problems with you, and a data layer that gives the whole team one trustworthy source of truth.

A deeper look

Everything to know about cloud, devops & data.

A long-form view of what this service line actually means in practice, written for the people who buy it and the people who will live inside the product after launch.

01

Infrastructure as code, in accounts you own

Infrastructure clicked together by hand is impossible to reproduce and known only to whoever built it. We define it as code with Terraform, so environments are reproducible, changes are reviewed like software, and the setup documents itself. Everything lives in your own cloud accounts, right-sized and cost-monitored, so you are never renting your own infrastructure back from a vendor and never one resignation away from losing the knowledge of how it runs.

02

Shipping that is frequent, safe, and boring

When releases are rare they become huge and frightening, which makes teams release even less. A good CI/CD pipeline breaks that cycle: small changes flow through automated type checks, tests, and builds, out to staged environments, with one-click rollback when something slips through. Where you are moving to the cloud, we migrate in reversible stages and model the cost first, so you gain elasticity and resilience instead of a surprise bill and the same old fragility.

03

A data layer the whole team can trust

Most teams do not lack data; they lack one version of it they believe. We bring the sources together with reliable pipelines, model a warehouse that defines each metric once, and build the dashboards on top, with quality checks so a wrong number is caught before anyone acts on it. The argument about whose spreadsheet is correct simply goes away, and decisions start coming from figures people actually trust.

Built for

Teams who recognise themselves here.

If one of these sounds like your situation, the rest of this page is calibrated for you. If none does, send a note anyway: we will tell you whether we are the right partner.

  • Audience

Teams whose infrastructure was assembled by hand and is now fragile

  • Audience

Products that need to ship more often without breaking things

  • Audience

Businesses sitting on scattered data they cannot yet trust

What you get

Outcomes, not deliverables.

We measure success in shipped value, not Jira tickets closed. Every engagement is anchored to a small number of outcomes both sides can defend.

  1. 01

Infrastructure that scales with demand and stays in your accounts

  2. 02

Frequent, low-drama releases backed by automated checks and rollback

  3. 03

Cloud cost that is understood and controlled, not a monthly surprise

  4. 04

One trustworthy source of truth instead of conflicting spreadsheets

  5. 05

A foundation your future team can run without fear

What we deliver

Concrete artifacts, not slide decks.

These are the tangible things that land in your accounts at the end of an engagement. Everything lives in your repositories, your cloud, and your control from day one.

Ownership
  • Repositories, cloud, and domain stay yours
  • No proprietary tooling locks you in
  • Walk-away contract clause on every engagement
  1. Artifact

Cloud architecture on AWS, GCP, or Cloudflare as infrastructure-as-code

  2. Artifact

CI/CD pipelines with staged environments and one-click rollback

  3. Artifact

A staged, reversible migration plan where you are moving to the cloud

  4. Artifact

Data pipelines, a modelled warehouse, and dashboards on top

  5. Artifact

Monitoring, backups, cost controls, and access management

How we engage

Three shapes, one quality bar.

Match the engagement model to where your problem is today. The team, the cadence, and the standards do not change between shapes.

01 · Engagement

Project

Fixed scope · fixed price

Discover, design, build, launch, and hand over. One number, one date, one team accountable from kick-off to keys.

Best for: Clear brief, real deadline.

02 · Engagement

Retainer

Monthly · rolling backlog

A fixed senior allocation each month against a re-ranked backlog. Ship what matters every two weeks and review the plan together.

Best for: Priorities shift faster than annual plans.

03 · Engagement

Embedded

Per-engineer · monthly

We embed in your Slack, your repos, and your sprint board, on-camera daily, treated as your team for the duration.

Best for: In-house engineers who need senior horsepower.

Our process

Discover → Design → Build → Launch → Support.

The same playbook on every project. Boring, on purpose. Predictable, by design. The bead below traces the path we walk together, every time.

  1. 01Discover
  2. 02Design
  3. 03Build
  4. 04Launch
  5. 05Support
  1. 1

    Discover

We assess the current infrastructure, delivery process, and data sources, and agree the cost and reliability targets.

    Phase 01 / 05
  2. 2

    Design

We design the infrastructure-as-code, the pipeline, and the data model before changing anything live.

    Phase 02 / 05
  3. 3

    Build

We build environments, automate the pipeline, and stand up data pipelines with quality checks in your accounts.

    Phase 03 / 05
  4. 4

    Launch

We cut over in reversible stages, verify on both sides, and keep a rollback path throughout.

    Phase 04 / 05
  5. 5

    Support

We monitor cost, reliability, and data quality, and keep the foundation healthy as the product grows.

    Phase 05 / 05

Algoramming Systems Ltd. studio work mockup
Which cloud provider should we use?
AWS, GCP, or Cloudflare, chosen to fit your team, your existing accounts, and the workload. We recommend based on your situation rather than a house default.
Will we be locked into your setup?
No. Everything lives in your accounts, defined as code you own, so you or any future team can run and change it without us in the loop.
Can you add CI/CD or monitoring to an existing system?
Yes, and it is usually a fast, high-value first step. We start with build and test automation or meaningful monitoring, then extend from there.
How do you avoid a surprise cloud bill during migration?
We model the cost before moving, right-size resources, and set up cost monitoring from day one, so spend is a decision rather than something discovered at month end.
Do you build the data warehouse and the dashboards?
Both, if you want. The pipelines and warehouse are the foundation, and we build the reporting on top so the value is visible to the people who need it.
Ready for cloud, devops & data?

Send the brief. We will take it from there.
