Industries we power

Software shaped for your industry.

We ship across the industries below. Each comes with its own regulatory, UX, and infrastructure shape. We start every engagement by learning yours, not by reaching for a template.

  • Fintech

Wallets, payments, KYC, lending, built to pass audit on day one.

  • SaaS

Multi-tenant platforms with billing, RBAC, and admin tooling done right.

  • E-commerce

Storefronts, checkout, inventory, and order management at scale.

  • CRM

Pipelines, contacts, deal tracking, and automations your reps will use.

  • EdTech

LMS, learner analytics, content delivery, and live-class tooling.

  • Healthcare

HIPAA-aware patient portals, telehealth, and clinical workflow systems.

  • Logistics

Fleet tracking, last-mile, warehousing, and customs-grade reporting.

  • ERP

Finance, inventory, HR, and procurement unified into one operational core.

  • Real Estate

Listings, virtual tours, leasing pipelines, and property CRM.

  • Media

Subscriptions, OTT delivery, content ops, and reader engagement.

Why teams pick us

A partner you can trust with the whole thing.

Small, senior, and opinionated where it counts. The people who pitch you are the people who build it, with no layered hand-offs to a team you have never met.

01

Senior people on the work

The engineer who scopes your project is the one reviewing the code. No junior team quietly swapped in, no hand-offs to people you've never met.

02

Predictable shipping

Two-week sprints, a recorded demo and changelog at the end of each, and a backlog that's costed before any work starts.

03

You own everything

Source code, infrastructure, and secrets live in your accounts from the first commit. Walk away whenever you like and it all stays with you.

04

Built to last

Proven infrastructure, written runbooks, and monitoring from day one, so the product keeps working long after the launch week ends.

How we work together

What we own, what you bring.

Projects usually go wrong at the boundaries, not the core. So we agree who owns what on day one, which keeps the โ€œwait, that wasn't our jobโ€ moments out of the sprint.

What we own
Algoramming
5 owned
  1. Architecture & engineering

Stack choices, system design, code, deployment, and the unglamorous ops work that has to happen regardless.

  2. Product design & UX

Research, IA, interaction design, a real design system, and accessibility handled during the build rather than patched in later.

  3. Delivery management

Sprint planning, demos, changelogs, on-call rotation, and the meetings your team would otherwise own.

  4. QA & release engineering

Test coverage, CI, staged rollouts, runbooks, monitoring on day one, and quiet go-live plans.

  5. Documentation & hand-off

Written architecture decisions, runbooks, and onboarding docs your future engineers can actually use.

What you bring
Your team
5 owned
  1. Business & domain knowledge

You know your customers, your regulations, and the levers that actually move revenue. We don't pretend to.

  2. Roadmap priorities

Final call on what ships next. We rank, propose, and explain trade-offs; you choose the bet.

  3. Decision-making access

One empowered counterpart who can break a tie in under 24 hours. A quick decision-maker moves a project faster than a big committee.

  4. Brand & content

Logos, copy that isn't UI, customer testimonials, and anything that defines your voice.

  5. Approvals & sign-offs

Legal, security, and stakeholder sign-offs at the gates we agree on up front, never surprises mid-sprint.

How we ship

Five steps, the same every time.

The same playbook on every engagement: discovery first, a two-week cadence, and a hand-over your team can actually own. You always know which week you are in.

  1. Discover

Workflows, decisions, and metrics, mapped before we touch the code.

    1-2 weeks
  2. Design

Prototype the riskiest screens early; lock decisions on real interactions.

    1-2 weeks
  3. Build

Two-week sprints, demos, changelogs, and code review from sprint one.

    Iterative
  4. Launch

Staged rollout to your cloud, runbook in hand, rollback a single button.

    1 week
  5. Support

Monitoring, incident response, and a steady cadence of small improvements.

Common questions

Things teams ask before signing.

If you have a question that isn't here, ask us in one short email. We usually answer within a business day.

Need a faster answer?
Reach a senior, today.
How do you price a software project?
We scope first, price second. A short discovery sprint produces a clickable prototype and a costed plan you can compare against in-house build estimates. After that, we usually work on fixed-price milestones or a monthly retainer, whichever fits the engagement. We never quote off a phone call.
What's the typical engagement length?
Prototype sprints run two to four weeks. A typical MVP build is eight to sixteen weeks. Long-term platform partnerships run a quarter at a time with rolling renewals. We're happy to scope anything in between, and there's no minimum-month commitment to start.
Do we own the source code?
Yes, from the first commit. The source, the infrastructure, the secrets, and the documentation all live in your accounts and your repos. We push directly to your GitHub or GitLab, so nothing is ever locked behind us.
Can you work in our timezone?
We work with teams from New York to Singapore. Our team sits in Dhaka (GMT+6), and we run overlap hours every business day with EST, GMT, CET, and SGT. Async-first documentation makes the rest of the work portable across time.
What happens after launch?
We don't disappear. Every project ships with a runbook, monitoring, and a thirty-day stabilisation window included. After that, you can extend into a maintenance retainer or hand off to your in-house team, whichever serves you better. Either way there's a clean exit, not a slow fade.
How do we know you'll deliver what you promise?
Two-week shipping cadence with demos and changelogs you can forward to stakeholders. A backlog that's priced before we touch it. Code review and CI from sprint one. And we sign engagements with milestone exits, so if the first sprint isn't right, we don't continue.
Will I be working with senior people?
Yes. The engineer who scopes your project is the engineer in your standups. Senior staffing is the whole point of working with us, so you won't find a project handed down to a junior team. Junior engineers occasionally pair on a project to learn, but always alongside the senior who owns the work.
Do you sign NDAs?
Routinely, and on day one if needed. Most of our work runs under client NDA, which is why the Trusted-by section above shows role-types instead of logos. Email us and we'll have a mutual NDA back to you the same day.
