How much does it cost to hire backend developers?
We offer fixed-price projects or a monthly retainer for a dedicated backend developer or team. Senior Dhaka rates are well below US and European agency rates, with a clear scope agreed before work starts.
Which languages and databases do you work in?
Mostly Node.js and TypeScript with PostgreSQL, plus Redis, Docker, and the major clouds. We can also work within an existing stack, including Python or other backends, when that is what your system already runs.
Can you build only the backend for our existing app?
Yes. We frequently build or fix the API and data layer behind a front end built by your team or another vendor, and document it so everyone can work against it cleanly.
How do we start, and what are the engagement options?

Can you work in our time zone?
Yes. Our team is in Dhaka (GMT+6), which overlaps the full Middle East working day and runs daily overlap hours with the US, UK, Europe, and Australia. Async-first documentation and two-week demos keep the work moving across time zones.
Can we start with a small task or a trial first?
Yes. Many teams start with one small, scoped task or a short paid trial so you can judge how we work before committing to a larger build or a retainer. There is no minimum-month commitment to begin.
What happens after launch, can we keep you on?
