About the role.

Algoramming''s Web Platform team is hiring two Frontend Developers. You will own end-to-end UI delivery on a mix of client engagements and internal products — translating Figma flows into production React components, wiring them into typed APIs, and shipping behind feature flags. You''ll work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product leads. Code reviews are collaborative, releases are frequent (multiple per day), and we care about the craft: motion, micro-interactions, keyboard nav, color contrast, and SSR performance. You will work in the codebase that powers Algoramming''s public site, the CMS that runs it, and at least one client product line. Expect a healthy mix of greenfield React 19 work and well-loved legacy that needs careful refactoring.

Responsibilities.

• Build production React 19 components from Figma designs with attention to motion, spacing and accessibility
• Own feature slices end-to-end: component, data layer, tests, ship behind a flag
• Collaborate with designers to refine interaction details — hover states, focus order, empty/loading/error states
• Pair with backend engineers to design typed API contracts and adopt them in the UI
• Write Playwright tests for the user-visible flows you own
• Participate in our shared on-call rotation for frontend incidents (one week every two months)

Requirements.

• 2+ years shipping React in production (hooks, suspense, concurrent rendering)
• Comfortable with TypeScript — generics, discriminated unions, conditional types
• Strong CSS fundamentals — flex/grid, custom properties, animations, responsive design
• Hands-on with Next.js App Router (server components, server actions, streaming)
• Care for accessibility — you can talk through ARIA roles, keyboard traps, and color contrast
• Clear written English for async code reviews and design discussions

Nice to have.

• Open-source contributions to the React/Next.js ecosystem
• Experience integrating Supabase, Postgres or other SQL-first backends
• Comfort with Storybook + visual regression tooling
• Background in design systems work or token-driven theming
