About the role.

We''re hiring two Flutter Developers to lead our mobile product work. Algoramming''s portfolio includes consumer apps for fitness, fintech and education clients — you''ll own one app per quarter as the primary engineer, partnering with a designer and a backend engineer. Our Flutter stack is modern: Dart 3, Riverpod, GoRouter, Drift for local persistence, and tight Firebase / Supabase integrations. We ship to both Play Store and App Store every two weeks via Codemagic. Ship Flutter apps that don''t feel like Flutter apps — meaning fast launch, native scroll physics, motion that matches the platform, and zero compromises on text rendering or RTL.

Responsibilities.

• Architect and ship Flutter apps with Riverpod, GoRouter and Drift
• Integrate native APIs through platform channels when Flutter packages fall short
• Build CI/CD pipelines in Codemagic for both stores
• Profile and tune startup time, jank and binary size
• Collaborate with designers on micro-interactions and platform-specific patterns (Material on Android, Cupertino on iOS)
• Maintain shared internal Dart packages used across apps

Requirements.

• 2+ years shipping production Flutter apps to both stores
• Strong Dart fundamentals — async, isolates, generics, sound null safety
• Working knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) for platform channels
• Experience with state management (Riverpod, Bloc, or similar)
• Comfort debugging release builds and reading store crash reports
• Eye for native feel — you know what makes a Flutter app betray its origins

Nice to have.

• Published apps in your own portfolio
• Background in Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Remote Config, Crashlytics)
• Familiarity with Drift, Hive or Isar for offline-first work
• Contributions to Flutter or pub.dev packages
• Experience integrating native SDKs (payments, maps, in-app purchases)
